“Strider’s Tale” is a new Fan Film based on the tales by J.R.R. Tolkien. The project, produced and curated by the Altercut was born out of passion and a desire to contribute to this amazing world through a work created and made by fans for fans.
Following in the footsteps of “The Hunt for Gollum” e “Born of Hope“, Strider’s Tale is a medium-length film that aims not only to bring the many fans back to the wonderful Middle-earth, but also to rediscover it here in Italy, among the Dolomites and the forests of Veneto.
All donations raised will be used to fund filming equipment, costumes, makeup, special effects, weapons and travel between locations.
There is NO compensation for anyone in the film, so everything collected will be used precisely for props, sets and whatnot.
