Set in the beautiful Venetian Dolomites, Strider’s Tale tells about the adventures of a young Strider, and his wanderings in search of his identity, his origins and his Destiny; but a terrible threat hangs over his bloodline.
“Strider’s Tale,” based on J.R.R. Tolkien’s tales, traces the adventures of a young Strider’s, raised in Rivendell by elves following his father’s death at the hands of orcs.
Aware of his parentage, the young Strider will face choices that will lead him to join the North’s ramblers and watch over Middle-earth as a dark threat hangs over the heir to the Throne of Gondor.
“Strider’s Tale” is a new Fan Film based on the work of J.R.R. Tolkien. The project, produced and curated by Altercut, was born from the passion and desire to give back to this fantastic world through a work created and created by fans for fans.
Following in the footsteps of“The Hunt for Gollum” and“Born of Hope,” Strider’s Tale is a medium-length film that aims not only to bring the many fans back to the wonderful Middle-earth, but also to rediscover it here in Italy, in the Dolomites and the woods of the Veneto region.
